These two headed down bright and early this morning with Mom and Dad to McKay to get their tonsils out. They wore their jammies. Notice Tagg's arm INSIDE, in the sling. Man, it's going to be a rough Christmas for that kids, with tonsils, teeth, and broken wrist......
Wednesday night, when Tagg was at the ER for his wrist/teeth, the Social Worker came in to explain things to him, and she read his name, "Tagg Rich" - "Hey, wait a minute, aren't you and your brother coming in on Friday morning for tonsils?" YUP....... Same kid ! They were going to go down on Thursday night and be shown everything about the upcoming surgery on Friday (The hospital does this to help prepare kids so they won't be so nervous). Tagg got the FAST TRACK on that stuff a day or two early !!
Here they are about 1 pm. Home trying to get comfortable. As you can see by Tagg's expression, he was NOT in the mood for a picture. He was MR. ONERY!! That's for sure. Poor kid. He actually came through the tonsilectomy better than Treyson. Treyson must take after CJ, in the reaction to anestetic department. He was sick sick, dry heaving, and threw up in the garage when they got home. Poor kid.
Hopefully they will mend fast.
Tagg's teeth have been wired on the botton, and put back in place. His top teeth that were broken off have been slightly "bonded" to coat the broken jagged edges. All teeth will just have to be watched closely for the next couple of weeks, and it remains to be seen if they will be okay, or will have to be replaced. They are all permanent teeth.
His wrist is still in a soft cast (I think) - I'm not sure. It's been so crazy, and I haven't been able to have a decent conversation with either Zac or CJ. Hopefully sometime this weekend.......we'll see.
