Fun Video - from my YW years

When I was a YW leader, we worked together in classes (Ours was the Mia Maid Class), to put together videos celebrating our Pioneer heritage.  This is the one we did, and it's been buried in my files for the past 12 1/2 years.  I was excited to put it together again and share.


Now all of these girls are mamas !  Deborah is expecting her first next month.  Where have the years gone?

YW Reunion !

It's been almost 5 years since I've been in Young Women's. Wow, time passes by so fast. In 2005 we buried a time capsule at the property. The plan was to open it every 5 years. Well, it's been 7 years, and we finally got together to open it. We were happy to see all of "our girls" who came, and missed those who couldn't make it.

It was right where it should be, under a rock.

Unfortunately, even though it was in a water-tight Rubbermaid box, sealed with duct tape.................it had leaked water in.  All of our papers, and the replica of the Gold Plates were ruined :(

A great time was had by all.

Another one of my girls gets married

Kelsie Adams married Brock Weeks in the Bountiful Temple today. The reception at the Weeks' residence was beautiful. Congratulations you two !!

Fun Friday (April 11th)

I sure had an enjoyable day, celebrating the marriage of one of "my girls" - each one will always be mine. Katie was radiant - and so so happy. I was so happy for her. You can view the pics here.
