“If we keep no diary [journal], the path crumbles away behind us as our feet leave it; and days gone by are but little more than a blank, broken by a few distorted shadows. Life is all confined within the limits of to-day….”
Look at the cute adorable cheesy sweetheart of the front left !! Bexlee is loving Preschool with Miss Sophie :)
Landon had an operation on his nose to fix a deviated septum. He finally got the stent out yesterday, and is feeling great and breathing SO MUCH BETTER ! Yeah !
Easton Croxford and Thatcher after their game last week. They are good friends :)
Treyson getting ready for the Homecoming Dance. Had to have Uncle Aaron help him tie his tie !
Thatcher helped me pick up the light along side of the road down to the Property. I drove slow, and he leaned out and picked them up on the go !
Treyson with his date. they had a great time.
Thanks to Bishop Fawson, Rhonda Carter, the Toone Family, and the 5th ward Priests and Teachers, we got 200 bales of grass hay hauled and put in the barn in no time !! We are truly blessed. Roger was sure worried, because he's 63, Zac was recovering from Covid, and Landon was recovering from nose surgery, and we didn't know what we were going to do.
Joseph Belinski, Tagg, Treyson, and the Toone brothers
The creek is almost empty. I guess they are holding back water in East Canyon Dam for next year. I've never seen it this low at this point of the year.
We facetimed with Bright, and she has lost another tooth !!
My sweet friend Angi brought me a fall surprise :)
And Grandma is loving Crossfit !! We are all so proud of her. I'm hoping I can keep up with her as we leave for Seattle today for a girls trip. Just me, Grandma Ben, Amanda, and Camryn.
Night before the operation - Relaxing on the couch with Thatch.
He says he's not nervous.
Morning of the operation.
Zac had his Labrum repaired, and when they got in there, they found that his Rotator Cuff also needed repair, AND a bone spur needed to be taken care of.
* The labrum is a piece of fibrocartilage (rubbery tissue) attached to the rim of the shoulder socket that helps keep the ball of the joint in place. When this cartilage is torn, it is called a labral tear. Labral tears may result from injury, or sometimes as part of the aging process.
* The rotator cuff is a group of muscles and tendons that surround the shoulder joint, keeping the head of your upper arm bone firmly within the shallow socket of the shoulder. A rotator cuff injury can cause a dull ache in the shoulder, which often worsens when you try to sleep on the involved side. Zac is about 3 weeks POST OP as of this post. It's been a ROUGH 3 weeks. Pretty Painful REHAB starts tomorrow !
Here's a Birthday song for me - two days after his surgery.
And here's a picture from last night at the Midway Ice Castles. Glad he is finally able to get up and around and out of the house. Love that smile :)
Cam had her knee operated on last Tuesday.
The ligaments holding her knee cap in place were too loose, and needed to be replaced with donor ligaments.

The IV was no fun, and neither was the waiting.
I think they got to the hospital at 11am, and she didn't go back to surgery until about 3-3:30.
Afterwards
A lot of pain.............
She will be on crutches for 6 weeks, and a knee brace for 4 months.
She starts physical therapy on Friday.
