End of August - Arizona Gang

Cam and her cousins and soon to be sister-in-law headed north to Payson, Arizona to a rodeo for her Bachelorette party.

Cam's life

Cam's life has changed in the past few weeks.  She quit her job at Sicilian Butcher/Bakery which she has had for the past 2 1/2 years, and has moved on to a job that is more in line with what she wants to pursue as a lifetime vocation in counseling. 

She is now working with autistic clients through a company that specializes in this type of work. She has has a couple of weeks of training, and just this past week has really gotten into the actual work.   She goes to an elementary school in Scottsdale, and shadows a client throughout the school-day, then drops back to another client (very near their home in Chandler) for a couple of hours in the late afternoon.  This has changed the amount of time she has to spend with Cash, and it is an adjustment.  It has made Cam realize just how lucky she has been to have been able to be around Cash so much for the first year of his life.  Cam is also continuing with college at Mesa Community College, and is doing great there......except for Math.   I told her to call Cousin Brian for some tutoring !!   I don't know why we didn't all get my dad's math genes?!?   

Josiah is going to a Tech school (similar to DATC) and specializing in his love of auto mechanics.  He will be finished in October.  

They are enjoying their cat, "Beerus" who just got "fixed" a few days ago.  

 

Cam and College

Cam has her own desk and computer/monitors set up in the "office" area of the home.  She started college at Mesa Community College on August 22nd.  It is all online learning. 

One of Bren's friends, Brent is helping her with the Math (thank goodness).

Manda, Cam, Josiah and Cash went to the Phoenix Museum the other day and had a great time, except for coming home got stuck in rush hour traffic for 40 minutes...........and Cash was screaming his head off :(   What a day !!
