Making masks

I have been a part of sewing 5 million masks! I signed up for 100 last week. I think I bit off more than I could chew...... thankfully I had two good friends who helped out with 50, so I only had to do 50.

They weren’t too hard, just time consuming

I kept my machine out, and will for the next 5 weeks,  to help others out with their batches.  We can do this together!!

Happenings this past week

More spraying...........
Thatch got creative, and made a little something for The Yard Master
Love This !!
A little Honey-DO
Now we just need to get it hung !
Found this in my yard this week !
Super fun and made my day :)   I passed it along
CJ had a Disney Day with the family - she went all out.
This is only a small part of the action.  They watch YOUTUBE videos of the rides, while mom and dad "drove" them through the rides.  Great times amidst the pandemic.
Layne and Sue had Cody's headstone placed.  It is beautiful :)
My whiteboard - helps me remember.
The Yardmaster, hard at work on the Richville Cemetery
Grandma Tonks would have been 111 this year !
Walls of Water - up and going in the garden, filled with tomatoes, and peppers.  Zac stopped by to see what we were doing after his run.
It's not a FUN as it looks !
But oh so good to have DONE !!
I love where we live - Beautiful morning :)
Pays got ahold of his Dad's phone.....................
HA !!
Brunch for Administrative Professional's Day - I sure work with a bunch of GREAT PEOPLE !!
Cam posted this from our trip to Forks/Seattle on Earth Day
Happy Memories !!!
Between Rog and myself we got a chair rail installed at the office.  Too bad we won't be having any customers sitting in those chairs.  We may have a "soft opening" on May 4th, but I'm not sure things will get back to where they once were..........the NEW NORMAL will include social distancing, no communal candy, 6' spacing marks on the floor, stanchions, one person (public) in the office at a time, renewals done online/by mail, plexiglass............
We decided to be like Star Valley farmers, and have tried a little chicken-wire fence between our row of peas........at least about 10' worth.  We'll see how it goes.  This may become a yearly thing ?
Cam's posts to Instagram are few and far between, but LOVE IT when she does :)   Sure miss that girl.  We usually make it down to AZ for her birthday, which is coming up soon (May 12th), but with the COVID stuff, plans have changed.  She will be 16, and a driver !!  Hard to believe.

Annual Ditch Cleanup - aka "Gonna get me some GOLFBALLS"

Every year about this time, we head up to Round Valley to clean up the ditch.  It is located right next to the golf course, so there are alot of errant balls to be found.
Part of the ditch is covered in black plastic, which actually makes it quite a bit harder to clean :(
Here is my cousin David Smith, working hard !
Thatch found a raccoon tail - YUCK !
The Rich Family workers.......You almost can't even see Treyson (hiding behind Zac)
Many workers from Uncle Larry's family - Michael and Troy Tonks and families leading the way.
We missed the first weekend of cleaning, so not as many balls this year :(
Sure was MUDDY !!!
After we were done, the boys wanted to check out some old dilapidated buildings.
Treyson, Thatcher, Tagg
Told them I needed CLOSEUPS - for my wall at home
At home, Thatcher proceeded to clean them all up.
This is such a fun thing to do every year.

A look back on our week

For my DIL's and all the other School at Home moms
Guess what we got in the mail this past week?
A Christmas card that was mailed on December 21, 2019 - Seriously??
This made me laugh out loud !
This is so neat !  And now they've added a red heart in the middle/top of the "M"
Tomato and Cabbage, started from seeds
Getting the greenhouse ready
The mighty sprayer and his side kick - HA !!
Zac and CJ had some "porch pictures" taken
We've moved the plants to the greenhouse - now it's a fine dance........trying to keep them WARM, but not TOO WARM.
The boys, getting the new sprinkling system for the trees in place.  Sure hope this works, and will save Grandpa dragging a hose this summer.
Peek-a-boo - we SEE YOU MISS BEXLEE
We drove down on Saturday afternoon to drop off some kids books, and Bex was the only kid home with Mom and Dad.  Bright and Pays were off to Jordyn's playing.
And here's another one that made me LAUGH OUT LOUD !
