Wow - what a beautiful day for November 11th !! We took a walk to Larry's Spring Chicken Inn for lunch. I don't get to do this often enough with my DIL's. So glad we could do it today :) |

Snug as a Bug in a Rug - A BIG RUG !!
Happy Birthday to Kacey yesterday.
She turned 22 years old.............(not 21 Carol :)
I made her an afghan blanket to keep warm, because she always gets too cold. I kind of went WILD AND CRAZY with it..........that's what 26 hours of crocheting will do to you, while driving to Arizona and back, and listening to Hunger Games and Hattie Big Sky on audio cd's. I made Roger stop at Walmarts in Mesa, Las Vegas, and St. George, and just KEPT ON CROCHETING !!!
Love you Kacey :)

Belated Shower

I don't think I mentioned it, but we had a bridal shower at my home for Kacey last Saturday. It was alot of stress for me, but it turned out fine. I had alot of help from Mom and LuAnn and CJ. I especially wanted to show this cake creation that CJ made. A replica of Kacey's wedding dress! She stressed and struggled, and by the end she probably wished she hadn't attempted it, but I think it turned out GREAT ! Thanks CJ, you're the best :)
