Arizona happenings

All is well in Arizona

Cam is in college and doing well

It's nice weather there compared to here of course.

They are thinking of buying a new house, and renting the one they are in now.

The winter that never ends..............and selling of a home

March 7th

Grandma Ben sold her home within ONE WEEK !  She has moved to Morgan in a duplex rental near Joni.  

Avalanche in Hardscrabble, almost took the life of Dan Wilkinson.  It was a miracle that he and Russ Fearn were able to survive. 

It seems winter will never end.  The 2022/2023 Winter has surpassed all other winters in history.  The snow accumulation  was over 800 inches in the mountains.  CRAZY !!

Ambure's birthday

Today's the day - our sweet baby would have been 45  WHAT?!?!?

years old.  Hard to believe.  I've thought about her quite a bit today.  I wonder who she would have been most like?  All three of her siblings are SO SO different.  I fear that being the oldest, she would have got the brunt of it (like Manda did).  Wishing I could go back and have a do-over with all my kids, but fearful I would make the same mistakes.   Part of me is glad she didn't have to suffer long in this hard, cold evil world, and got her body and will have it made (Exaltation).  The crown without the conflict.  Oh what a glorious day it will be when we get to see her again.  I can hardly wait.  

 

Off to State Wrestles

I think Luke Woolsey was the only one who qualified for State

Recap of Divisionals (Wrestling)

These two !!!  LOVE THEM :)  

Tagg wrestled hard, and even went into overtime (and lost) in one match.  He was wrestling 170 pounds, only weighing about 160.  He did his best and we are proud of him.  You can see him standing here in back, still supporting his brother who will be wrestling in the championship match. 

Morgan ended up winning the Divisionals !  Was there any doubt?  
Great job  !!!

Here are all the Freshman wrestlers (10) of them !   Sure hope by the time they are seniors they can spread across all of the weights that need to be covered.

Treyson wrestled great, and after winning the semi-final match (first time !)......

.....he was going to go up against Aydon Thomson (teammate) in the championship round.

What's new?

We finally got a new TV that doesn't have a BLACK LINE down the entire right side (12 inches).  Rog and I got it HUNG on the wall without filing for divorce !  That's a big accomplishment.  Our "go to" guy was snowmobiling, so we had to handle it on our own.  We were pretty proud of ourselves. 

Me and Stace at work - holding down the fort on a Friday while Mitch was off birthing lambs, and Janell and family were in Disneyland.   The days are winding down, as of this posting, I have only 210 more days till retirement - YAHOO!!   

Winter still has it's grip on Morgan, that's for sure.  This was after 3 inches (Roger had plowed already) on February 18th.  We were scheduled to get another big storm on the 21st/22nd (when I was preparing this post on the 20th).  I wonder if it happened?  This won't post until March 4th.  Hmmmm.......

Check this video out - we have a strip of grass right next to our front porch, and the deer like to MUNCH on it.
