Fall Days

They re-homed them down near the creek at the Property
Football pics
The Season is DONE
Our orange compressor is no more..........
Zac has painted it BLACK and GREY
Breaking open Geodes......
Practicing up for the hunt.  This practice was kind of a BUST.  Zac only had a half dozen shells, then someone in the field we were shooting towards, started walking in that field...........so they quit.
Not before Grandma got a pic though
And a few more pics - for my wall
These boys are growing !!
How do you like the STEPS/Shelf combo?
They still need railings before mom will let them sleep there though.

End of September

Grandparents Day - We took Thatch to J's Drive Inn
He had a cheeseburger with LOTS of pickles and mayo (no ketchup or mustard)
AND...........I ran next door to Nebco to get him a F'real.
Had to have the girl working at Nebco show this old lady how to make a F'real !
Sod came, and we had it layed in less than 2 hours
Lots of HARD workers (and watchers :)

We also sodded our front flower bed, which is NO MORE.........
Zac and Roger D.
Grandma Ben and Me (in front)
Shirls and CJ  (in back)
Football is over - both Tagg and Treyson were beat out of the playoffs.
Have you ever seen a egg like this?
So strange - no hard shell, just the membrane.
We threw it away !
Grandma Ben and I went down to see Payson and Brightyn in their Primary Program.  They both did so well.
Then I brought the  two oldest back with me, and we went and picked up Thatcher, and went to visit my friend, Phyllis Waldron at the Family Tree.  The kids thought she was pretty neat !  They couldn't believe she was 97 year old.  When we left, they kept commenting, that she was the nicest old lady they had ever seen (met).  Then they had to make sure that they clarified to me, that THEIR great grandparents were REALLY the nicest, THEN Phyllis.
The boys had a fun game of UNO...........
.......while Bright helped me stir up some tomato soup
She also helped make a birthday card for Treyson for his birthday.  Don't know how many other 14 years old boys were lucky enough to get a UNICORN birthday card !
Payson's last FLAG football game was fun to watch, even though we just about FROZE.
Bexlee and Bright didn't seem to mind the cold at all.  They are not related to their mom !  haha
Landon is one of the coaches - fun times !!
Recognize the other coach on the left?  He's a Morgan boy too :)
Robert Wadman
This boy get SO SO excited, and acts pretty silly :)
Another project - hanging beds !
Tagg and Thatcher have moved in together and Zac is hard at work with CJ's latest request.
Mom and Dad got a railing installed.  This should help when mom has her hip replacement.
I'm glad they opted to do this, with a little encouragement from us.
Newest addition - a SWEEPER.  Drove all the way to Garland to pick it up.  It fits on the front of the Grasshopper.  It will brush off snow, and more importantly, should help with cleanup in the spring down at the Property.
Rog and Zac are getting busy with sprinkler line "blow outs".  They have many lined up to do, and the compressor we bought last year is still working like a charm !!  Zac is getting it painted.  Looks like  Halloween compressor right now :)
Birthday dinner at Texas Roadhouse
Treyson is now 14 !
Zac just turned 38 - he is 20 years younger than me. hard to believe he is almost TWICE as old as I was when I had him.  My how time FLIES !!!
Cam and Josiah had a great time at Homecoming last weekend.
Oh to be young and in love again :)

The Old Compressor

We drove down to Monroe Utah to see about getting an old compressor
Left Morgan at 6am, got there about 10 am, tried to load it, but the tires were so flat and destroyed, it wouldn't work, so we took the rims off, drove into Richfield, and picked up two new tires and had them mounted, drove back to Monroe, put them back on the compressor, and BOOM, it went up MUCH easier.
Tied it down, and we were headed home by 1pm.
It came off the trailer quite easily (with the help of the tractor)
Looked pretty dirty and needed some TLC
We got it in the shop, and Zac went to work.........
Within a day's time, he had it fixed up and it started right up !!

Another week's work, and it was ready to go -
We hooked up the hoses to the new fittings, and are ready to blow out the sprinkling systems.

Beautiful day for a BLOW OUT !
Finishing up down at the Property
