| It was decided that we needed to bring the level of the back yard up a bit (but the house is too far in the ground) - so a retaining wall needs to be built. |

| The plan is to have a bunch of people there to carry block this coming Saturday........ Then he will backfill against the backside of the block, and THEN he will have a slope that is higher than the ditch. |
