The Dirty Dash

At the start of the race - NICE AND CLEAN !!

It was so much fun to watch !!

The little boys wanted IN THERE so bad !!

And they got a little too close at times :)

We finally found Carol, and got some sunscreen for Treyson and Tagg.  They sat under the umbrella for a short time, and tried to cool off.  Carol is here, holding Keysto and Kaley's little boy Kroix, and her other grandson is Braxton (in red), Brittney and Blake's son, and Treyson and Tagg (spotted with mud :)  Zac and CJ had to head home.  Thatcher was too hot and unhappy, and it was taking SUCH a long time.  The race is 5.5 miles long, and it took them over 2 hours to complete it.

Some of the "outfits" were scandalous !! haha

Treyson pointed out these BARE BUMS to me - he thought they were real :)

They are probably about 3/4 of the way finished at this point.

We let the little boys play on the blowup toys before we headed home.  Next year we will come more prepared with umbrellas, chairs, sunscreen, stroller, lunch, water, etc. etc. 

A final show of the finish line (in the distance) - there had to be thousands and thousands there.  Parking was free, and so was the entry for spectators.  Other than dealing with the crowds (both people and cars) it was great !
