Assessor's Summer Workshop

I traveled to Logan last month for work meetings.
We also took a walking tour of Logan, visited the "old" Bluebird Candy Company, and toured Gossner's Cheese Factory.

The old Cache County Courthouse, where we began our tour.

Our awesome guide (can't remember her name !) She was fun, and made our walking tour enjoyable. This picture above is the NEW Cache County Courthouse.

Assessor's and family, enjoying the shade.

The Bluebird Restaurant.....
Not to be confused with the Bluebird Candy Company

The old theater is still there.
I remember my dad took me to see The Andromeda Strain at this movie theater in 1971.
Our family stayed overnight in our camper in Logan Canyon while dad went to classes at USU during the day.

Check out the dipping of chocolates !!

The finished product

Sampling the curds at Gossner's
AWESOME !!

200 + lb. blocks on Swiss cheese, "marinating" in a saline solution.
We were able to take a tour of the facility, and I picked up Rootbeer Milk for the grandkids, and curds for Roger D.
