Over this past week and weekend, we met a cousin, Cole Wooten. He and his mom (Pam), sister (Morgan), and Grandma (Aunt Judy - LuAnn's sister) were in town visiting on their way to Mesa Arizona. Cole has qualified for the 2012 National Junior Disability Championships.
A couple of year ago, Cole had both feet removed due to a medical condition. He is simply amazing! He doesn't let it slow him down one bit. He was jumping on his prostetic legs and touching the basketball rim on our back patio, climbing up and down the "platform" at the property, and also getting in the creek. He is one amazing kid. We are so happy we were able to finally meet him and Morgan, and reconnect with Pam and Aunt Judy.

Cole is on his way to Mesa, Arizona this week, to compete in the 2012 National Junior Disability Championships where over 250 athletes from all over the world will compete in Track & Field, Archery, Powerlifting, Table Tennis, Swimming, and the Pentathlon.
