| Well, the weekend after our Arizona gang left, we were busy again! I picked up 5 bushels of tomatoes from Guy Rose in South Weber. |

| We went to town, and made tomato juice (55 quarts), Salsa (42 pints), and Pizza Sauce (21 pints), plus had a few left over to eat. I should also say, that I didn't have to buy any onions or peppers - we grew them all in the garden, so that's a big PLUS !! |

| Now corn is on, and we've been eating it every night for supper. In the next week or so, it will come on HARD, and we'll have processing/freezing to do. Remember this video from last year? |
