| The week before our Arizona family arrived, we celebrated the July birthdays at the Property. We have a lot of July birthdays, but here are three birthday boys Dad, Roger D., and Lance (in from Boston) |

| Amidst the partying, we ran up to water the garden. |

| Then it was back down to Property to watch a movie (Over the Hedge), and then sleep overnight at the Property in tents. |

| Meanwhile, back at the barn - Roger and Zac coerced Aaron into helping stain - he was a good sport. |

| Back down to the Property to have some water fun ! |
