A few weeks ago, my good friend Teresa and I decided to hike Angel's Landing in Zion National Park. I just KNEW I could do it. Well to say the least, I was humbled.
It wasn't so much the fear of heights. It was the fear of death :) One missed step, one slipped grip on the chain, one trip..........and there are NO SECOND CHANCES.

I'm glad we went but not sad I didn't make it all the way. I just have the feeling that may have been me since I'm not so fond of heights. It was a great day!
