Ready for fireworks with friends in West Haven

Payson love baseball !!

They have been able to catch quite a few Raptors games

Almost done

Cupboard door and drawers are back, with only one mishap.
One of the doors that should have been painted grey, ended up white.
It's back at the painters for a redo (my fault probably, when sorting)

Had to order new by-pass door hardware from Amazon.
None to be found at Home Depot, Lowes, or Wheelwrights.
The hole needed to be enlarged for the new hardware.
Sure looks lnice !!

We are slowly but surely putting up the doors.

Hood vent fan is in, and vented up through the attic.
The rest of the appliances came yesterday (more pics to come soon)

Sticking the tile up on the backsplash

New barstools - metal

More cupboard doors on the island

Under the sink in the 1/2 bath - not too fun

Grouting the backsplash tile.
Had quite the time.
The first batch set up too fast, and we had to throw away the whole thing, and dig out what we had put in.
\A quick trip to Ogden, and thankfully I got TWO MORE BAGS...........because the second bath set up 3/4 of the way through, and had to be thrown away also, so the 3rd bag was opened to finish up.
It sure looks nice !!

This table has sure served it's purpose........
But I'll be glad to get it emptied and back in it's place
We are almost done !!

Sore TOE

Poor Thatcher has the WORST luck with his toes

I think over the course of his 6 years, he has had MULTIPLE smashed toes, and has lost many a nail.

This is his latest.  It was already hurt (can't remember how), and then he dropped the kitchen barstool on it !!  OUCH !!!!

He finally took a pin (himself) and poked a hole in the side to relief the pressure.

Happy 30th to Landon

1988 - How did we go from this?

To this?

Happy Birthday Lando - We love you :)

Floating the creek, over and over........

Playing in the pool

Eating cake

YUM!!

Swinging

Catching grasshoppers

All together now........There's a mean old clown, who lives in the ground, and he comes around, and drags you down, where you can't make a sound...........

These next pics, Kacey took.
She posted them on Facebook

Happy 30th Birthday to this guy right here! He truly is one of a kind! Best husband and dad anyone could ask for! He’s a child at heart but we wouldn’t have him any other way! We sure love you Lan!🎉🎂❤️

July 4th at the Property

We watched the Parade in Morgan in the morning..............

Then headed to the Property in the late afternoon.  Zac got in with his chainsaw, and cut away part of the tree that was blocking the creek, so the kids could float down, and FLOAT THEY DID !!  Many times.

Quite a mess to dig out of the dam.

Here they come !

It was a great day for floating

Back and forth - many times Grandpa hauled them over in the General.

The big Remodel is coming along !

Happy with the carpet and paint
The carpet is so so plush, it's taking some getting used to.
Corey Stark laid it, and he does a beautiful job.  I would recommend him to anyone !

This is our new NEST thermostat.
Pretty HIGH TECH !!

Taylor Lay did such a great job on the AC
We are so appreciate of his help.
Taking an entire Saturday was so good of him.

I don't know why, but I thought it would just be a 2-hour job - NOT !!
He is AWESOME.

Cupboards before Donna got to painting

Partially painted (crown molding)
and base coat on the island

Stair cap done

She's a master painter
Roller in one hand, paint brush in the other, and even one in her teeth !!

She's working on the door and drawer fronts now at her home.
She'll finish up next week.
