We
are enjoying ourselves. No trouble and everything is going fine, except the weather.
It started raining last night when we reached Gold Beach, Oregon, and
has rained nearly all day today. We went
on a boat up the Rogue River today and had a delicious chicken dinner. We stopped andtalked to Paul Bunyan
yesterday. He even waved good-bye to
us. The Redwoods were simply beautiful. Will be home probably Monday. Love Grandma and Grandpa Dickson

Dear
Rich Family, Having a good restful time.
Wish you were here enjoying the weather.
It cools down at night, but has been in the 80's during the day. The fields are beautiful and green and in all
stages of growth. They are sprinkling,
flooding or cutting different crops.
There is a military base close by and the planes have really been active
the last couple of days. We feel like we
are home with K-mart, Wal-mart, Sears, Mervyns, etc. Having fun seeing all the sights. Take care.
