| Well, we've taken over the tomato canning this year. We did juice and salsa. Here we are the first day we did juice, with our new juicer. It was the first time we used it, and we were a little nervous, but it did well, although the delivery system into the small bowl wasn't the best. |

| This was the day we attempted our first batch of Salsa Someone didn't keep the lid on the Blendtec very well.......... We ended up with 70+ pints of salsa (between two different days) I guess we are official canners now !! |
