Thatcher turned 14 on the 13th

Tagg turned 18 on the 8th

 We love them both so very much !  They are really close, and do a lot of fun things together.  Tagg includes Thatcher with his friends in many things.  B-Dubs, Pokemon, etc.   Thatcher loves all things LEGO, and fishing at the Property.  We look forward to this year, with exciting things to come :)

 We were only able to go and watch 2-3 games, and in the last one he came down hard, rolled his ankle, and was DONE.

And it's OVER :(

Beautiful day for a football game at SUU Stadium in Cedar City.  Tagg was still hurting, but came back to play in this his FINAL GAME in high school football. 

It just seemed like Morgan didn't play as well as they could have, and they did not win :(

Also, can't forget to mention that Thatcher was one of the BALL BOYS this year, with his friend McCrae Meibos.  I compiled a video of all of his work/fun on the sidelines this year.  Watch it here ! 

After all was said an done.   Tagg received this WELL DESERVED award.

And THEN at the Football Banquet, he received this prestigious award.
Again, so well deserved.  He was a true team leader who will remembered. 

Mini Bowl Champion

After a successful early morning hunt, Thatcher played with his team in the Mini Bowl, and came out on top !!  It was a great game, under the lights at Ben Lomond's field.  They played Sky View Black, and won handily.  Way to go Thatch !!

Football and Fishing...........and a bike

Thatch just finished up the regular season of WFFL football, and last Saturday they won their first playoff game against Skyview, where they beat them soundly !!
All the family came to watch :)  Now he's on to the next playoff game on October 18th 

 

He's had a great time lately,  fishing down at the Property with his good friend McCrae Meibos

Also, you can't keep him off the electric bikes !!!
This isn't his newest one (why can't I find a picture of that?)
But he and his friends love scooting around on these (too fast imho) between his driveway and the Property.

Tagg played a good game against Park City at home on on August 29th.

Game Time - Football :)

#46, front and center.  Thatcher's first game went great.  He played both ways, and multiple positions.  It was fun to watch, and that boy's smile?  We never get tired of it :)

Tagg #50 - played nose guard this first game because the kid who usually plays that position recently had his appendix removed.  Hope to be back in his regular position soon.  Morgan lost, but played hard.  Ridgeline was pretty tough.  Mark and Carried came up to support Tagg, and we really appreciated that.  Tagg is one of the team captains.  He has worked hard, and really deserved it.

CJ and Zac worked so hard to make this happen.  CJ as Senior Mom has alot of responsibility, and Zac is right there with her to help.  Thatcher (middle pic) was introduced with his Little League Team also.  Love our #46

Fair Time

We ate dinner at the fair all three days.  Friday we took Mom, and met LuAnn there, and Zac and CJ and Treyson were there also.  Grabbed this great picture.

Thatcher is playing for Morgan's recreation team.  Their first game was in Park City.  Thatcher is the catcher.  Here's a video of some of his plays 

Payson plays competition baseball, his team is Venom, based out of Farmington.  Here's a video of a few of his hits.

Football - Already ? ! !

When Roger, and even Landon played football in high school, the first game (Maroon and White scrimage) was the week before school started in August, and football practice started 2 weeks prior to that.  Times have sure changed !  Seems like football season is from April to November now.  They have been weight lifting since before wrestling stopped, and now are competing in 7 or 7 and 5 on 5 scrimmages.   Click here to see a little bit about what 7 or 7 is, and here to see a little bit about 5 on 5. 

Tagg is continuing working with Tuni Kanuch, and was asked to be on his travel team.  They have traveled to St. George and Eagle Idaho.  Tagg goes up again HUGE Tongans, who are only Freshmen and Sophomores.  He's enjoying it an learning alot. 

Thatcher competes with his Morgan teammates.  He is a fun loving easy going kid, and is always happy.
