Baseball in Idaho Falls

We traveled with Landon and Payson to Idaho Falls to watch Pays in a tournament.  Landon is the coach.  They were able to play 4 games over 2 days,  and won 2 and lost 2. 

This kid sure loves baseball. 

Best part about it was seeing Aunt Lynette.  She came and watched part of the game, and afterwards we had supper at Chick-filet. 

Re-hashing the games of the first day. 

Second day, Pays played catcher.  It was fun to watch him, and reminisce about Landon's catching career. 

Good group of boys !

June Happenings

From Memorial Day - going on 6 years.....where does the time go? 

The garden - it's so sad this year compared to last year.

We really need to redo the walls  of the pit.  It's going to cost some money, and alot of hard work.  Don't know if it will ever get done.

What's up with Landon and Family?

I already did the post about Brightyn's baptism - but I thought  I would mention that it was so neat she was able to go to the State Capitol and have her picture taken among the beautiful blossoms.

A couple of Saturdays ago, LuAnn and I were able to run down to Payson's game, watch a little while, and then took Bright with us to Hayleigh Frost's baby shower in Corrine (long way away !!).  Here is a cute pic with LuAnn and Bright (her great grand daughter, and a couple of her GREAT GREAT grand-daughters) - Jaylee and Gracie -  they are Caiti's kids.  Sweet little girls. 

Bright was glad to see Aunt Lynette (down from Idaho) - she couldn't remember her, but I tell you now, she'll never forget her.  Lynette is always so fun, and makes such a big deal of the kids.  We love her.   

There were these cute mini- cupcakes that were made up to look like succulents.  I think Bright must have have 6-7 of them !!

Then it was back to catch the last of Payson's double header.

Bexlee has finished up her year of Preschool with Miss Sophie

Bex took a picture of Landon making dinner - he cooked up what he thought were hamburgers on the grill...........then found out it was sausage.........so improvised with scrambled eggs to go with it :)
Kacey was working.  She preps for neighbor Yvonne's cooking blog. 

The kids are out of school now, and they were "flipping" with excitement. 

Then THIS happened at Pays last Baseball Game - OH NO !!! 
Everything turned out okay with Bright though - thank goodness !! 

 

The day after we got home from Arizona, Landon had to travel there for work, and he stayed at Manda's for the night.  He sent me this picture to make me jealous - him lovin' on Cash. Love it !
