Take me out to the Ballgame !

It's hard to get decent action pics of  the game - but here are some on the sidelines !  Grandpa Roger with Thatcher and Payson.  Payson is kind of sober at first.  Thatch is trying to "warm him up" by sharing a cookie :)

What's a ballgame without a slushie !!  Apparently Tagg had a LIME one :)  It has been so fun to watch these little boys.  First T-ball, then coach pitch (that's what Tagg played this year), and then machine pitch, which is what we were watching Treyson play tonight.  The CHAMPIONSHIP game !!  Braves v. Dodgers.  Tagg accidentally came to the game in  a DODGER shirt.  CJ made him turn it inside out :)

I could just EAT HIM UP !

The little ones were pretty interested in the cookies, and Payson LOVED LOVED LOVED the sprayer.   

Here he is - he just sprayed Grandpa Roger, and Grandpa gave the appropriate horrified reaction :)  Just what Payson wanted.

The GRAND CHAMPION BRAVES.  Coaches are Mike? Despain, Ryan Turner, and Kevin Heiner.  I don't know all of the kids on the team, but that is Despain's kid next to him (he is Gary and Joy Randall's grandson), then Olivia Jaffa (Melinda McMillan's grand-daughter), then Camden Hopkin (Jess and Camille's kid), then our TREYSON !!  Yea Treyson!!, then I don't know the other 6 boys, except that one is Kevin Heiner's and one is Cody Nye's, and that is Gavin Turner (standing next to his dad Ryan) on the far end.   It is amazing how much this team has improved over the course of the season.  It has been a fun year watching them play.  I think some of them will stay with machine pitch next year (due to age), and some will move on to WBBA minor league.  

Coveted Bobble-Head Trophy, and a free snow cone !  What could be better !!
