Today is my mom’s 79th birthday. I called her this morning and wished her Happy Birthday, and told her how much I loved her, and how glad I was that she is my mom, and how glad I am that she is back !
I wanted to mention about Landon’s special day last Saturday, August 5, 2006. Actually I guess he had a couple of special days. On July 30, 2006 he was ordained an Elder and received the Melchizedek priesthood by his grandfather, W. Lee Dickson. Bishop Dwight Gaily, and counselors, Ernie Durrant and Matt Wilson participated in the ordination. Those that were there were me and Roger, and Ben and LuAnn and Lee and Veloy.

It is so hard to write it my journal – I’m not sure
why. I am struggling it seems with so
many things, weight, reading my scriptures, work, being tired, Landon leaving,
Manda and Camryn leaving in a few months, Roger and I seem like strangers, I’m
so tired all the time……………..
I went to BYU Education week for one day last week, and it was an oasis in the midst of my turmoil-ed life. I really enjoyed the spirit. I have so many things I would like to write about, but can’t bring myself to do it. I am so tired it seems ALL the time. I’ve GOT to get back in shape physically, in order to go forward, but I can’t and I can’t dig myself out of this rutt………..help me.
