Football (sitting it out and healing up)

There have been some beautiful nights of football, and we've been to them all......
But it's rough not having our favorite #50 out there playing.
We've played Union (Homecoming week), and Ben Lomond, and Ogden (last week) and they were such lopsided scores, that they pulled the 1st Defense early.  They weren't too hard to miss playing in (for Tagg).  But the Grantsville game, where they REALLY could have used him, HURT :(
Morgan still won, but it wasn't pretty. 

 

He's walked out every game as one of the Captains ...............
The first game (Union) he was on crutches. 

And he's there on the sidelines, looking at video, and encouraging his friends.

Ogden's game last week was especially pretty at sunset. 

But it's still pretty lonely on the sidelines, unable to play.  Good thing he has Thatcher (ball boy) to cheer him up.   
Good new though - he's going to be playing this week on Wednesday the 15th against Logan.  He'll wear a knee brace, and even though we are thrilled he will be back in the game, I think we will all be on pins and needles, hoping he doesn't re-injure his knee.  Fingers Crossed !!!!!
