Yummy!

I had this for lunch today !! YUMMY !!  Fresh cucumbers in vinegar, fresh tomatoes (skins removed courtesy of my mom), fresh corn on the cob, and fried summer squash.  It was SO GOOD !!

After, we went out and picked all of the ripe (or almost ripe) tomatoes.    My mom and dad work so hard in their garden, and we get to reap the benefits.   I love and appreciate all of their hard work.  I try to help when I can, but they totally do 90+% of it.
