About mid-July, the work began on our new office spacePlans were to move into the space formerly occupied by Planning & Zoning, and before that.........Morgan City.
Walls needed to be torn down.
And a new wall built to separate Motor Vehicle from the Assessor's Office
Our new Motor Vehicle AreaThe public waiting area is about 3 times as big as our old one
The new Assessor's OfficeWe have room to move now !
And both appraisers have areas to converse with taxpayers
My desk - hopefully I can keep it more clean and more organized than before :)We are all so thrilled and grateful for our new space !!
