Hogle Zoo - We get to meet Buddy from Dinosaur Train !

We took a trip to SLC, via East Canyon/Immigration Canyon.  It was a beautiful ride, the kids were great, and when we got to the zoo it was packed, due to everyone having the same idea as us !  We came to see Buddy from Dinosaur Train.  Click here to hear the song we all love to hear ! 

We waited in line about an hour, but there were fun things to do and see.

Best Friend - Taggie was in HEAVEN !

It was a very pleasant temperature, and we walked around a little bit, ate lunch, rode the carousel.......

Made ourselves into Dino-Bites !

And talked CJ into watching the bird show for the first time.  It was GREAT !!

Life is great ! and busy! and crazy! and fun!

We took a little bit of time last weekend and got the patio cleaned off, sprayed off (along with the back of the house), and Zac (and Thatcher) edged (by hand) all around it.   Thanks Zac !!

Late evening at the skate park!  (Good idea Kaley and Kacey).  The kids had a blast, Grandpa and Grandma were nervous for wrecks, but it mostly turned out WITHOUT incident.

There was an older kid there who graciously put up with being invaded.  The kids loved to watch his tricks.  He was really good........

..........only bad thing was afterwards........this kid came home and proceeded to try his own trick out on the asphalt driveway........Totally did a number on his lip AND lense of his glasses.

Then we headed to the Property to have our 2nd annual breakfast.  Roger was the bacon cooker, and CJ, the egg cooker.

Grandma Ben was in charge of the hash browns.

It was a great family affair !  The wind was blowing at the beginning, so we moved the tables out into the sun to keep warm. 

It was delicious !   Everyone ate their fill, and we all commented that we can hardly wait till next year !

Fun times.....

Grandpa D calls Tagg to come help in the garden.  Tagg really likes it - he may become the next "master gardener".

One day we went school shopping down at Farmington Station.  Let me tell you, shopping with this girl is no easy task !!
