More fall fun - this time with the boys

This time we painted Christmas ornaments ! 

Beautiful Fall

Bright and Bex came up to spend some time one Saturday afternoon, and were able to help gather the flowers from the Property. 

Then we decorated the graves with fall foliage

Then we went to check out MORGAN MAZE !! 

Almost got lost in the corn, and Grandm's phone was dying, so we headed back OUT 

Corn pit was SO MUCH FUN !! 

Back to Grandma's for a sleepover - but FIRST, let's dip some strawberries in WHITE CHOCOLATE (no chocolate fountain this time - Grandma wasn't up for it and we didn't have that much chocolate)

Next morning we painted baby pumpkins !!

And jumped on the trampoline before we took it down for the season.  

And Treyson got his FIRST !!

Tagg gets a deer (his 2nd one)

They got it in good time, and were able to get off the mountain before dark.  

They picked up an older Jeep, that will be Tagg's run around car when he gets his license, which is only 3 short months away before he gets his learner's permit !  YIKES !!!

Zac let him help out a bunch, and Tagg learned alot. 

STEAM night at the Middle School

I took Thatcher to STEAM night at the Middle School
Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math (I think)

He and friends went through a bunch of different booths, and played fun learning games.  

Thatcher and Daxton Kimbal are very good friends. 
He is Kolby Kimbal's boy. 

Aunt Joni was there to help out !  

To the DUNES !!

Zac and CJ and boys went to the Sand Dunes near Delta in a new Razor

Thatcher rode the 4-wheeler also, and had a great time tooling around. 

He made his mom nervous !  Glad I wasn't there to see, I probably would have been WAY nervous !!  Glad he wore a helmet.

Halloween 2022

Bexlee was Belle (of Beauty and the Beast) - she came to the Morgan Library Trick or Treat, and I was able to walk with her through the courthouse to gather candy.  

This kid !!  Payson found this mask in Grandma Carol's costume collection.

These two were Ricky Bobby, and his girlfriend/wife?  (I can't remember her name)
They had a great time showing off, and Zac is always up for CJ's crazy ideas. 

Chickens !!!!  Thatcher wasn't too keen on the idea, but caved to "peer" Chicken pressure. 
I spot a Hansen boy, Meibos, Judd, Nelson, Croxton.
They raided the subdivisions and got way too much candy.

I guess the older grandkids didn't dress up this year...... such is life. 

 

Cancun Vaca !! So Jealous !!

About a month ago, Landon and Kacey headed off with Yvonne and Steve.......

They stayed at a beautiful all inclusive resort for a week ! 

 

Sometimes it's just great to getaway for some much needed alone time.
Glad they were able to do this.  

Funny story (sort of) - they were riding on jet skis (I think), and Yvonne lost her prescription glasses in the ocean, never to be found.......  Thank goodness for Landon's Spanish skills, they were able to find a worker at the resort (who had glasses), and make their way to an optometrist, and eye glass store in a nearby mall.  All's well that ends well.
